中國貿(mào)促會調(diào)解中心是1987年經(jīng)國務院批準成立的國內(nèi)最早的涉外商事調(diào)解機構，在國際上開創(chuàng)了中外聯(lián)合調(diào)解工作機制，幫助中外當事人有效化解了大量棘手的涉外商事糾紛。

海損理算
中國國際貿(mào)易促進委員會海損理算處成立于1969年，是中國大陸唯一有專業(yè)資質(zhì)的海損理算機構，是歐洲國際海損理算師協(xié)會團體會員，設立有中國貿(mào)促會上海海損理算中心和中國貿(mào)促會天津海損理算中心，在沿海沿江重要城市設立了13家辦事處，業(yè)務范圍包括

Commercial Mediation
As the earliest-founded international commercial mediation center, CCPIT Mediation Center was established under the approval of the State Council in 1987. The Center has carved out a Sino-foreign joint mediation mechanism that has helped domestic and foreign parties in resolving a large number of tricky foreign-related commercial disputes.

☆ resolves disputes with a scope covering economy, trade, finance, securities, investment, intellectual property, technology transfer, real estate, project contracting, transportation, insurance, logistics and so

☆ may accept cases where both parties apply or only one party applies for mediation
☆ has 5 mediation sub-centers around China

Average Adjustment
The only professional average adjustment Agency in Mainland China, the Department for Average Adjustment of CCPIT (DAA CCPIT) was officially set up on 8 January 1969. DAA is also running Shanghai Average Adjustment Center and Tianjin Average Adjustment Center which were established by CCPIT. Our major services include:

International Debt Collection
The arrears of overseas accounts receivable are one of the main risks in international economic and trade activities. If the company encounters the following problems:
1. Foreign customers defaulted on their trade;
2. Domestic arbitral decision and court decisions cannot be enforced overseas;
